These figures serve as general guidelines — every proposal is individually tailored to your specific event requirements.
Is there a minimum booking value?
Yes. We typically operate with a minimum setup of two bartenders, with investments generally starting from EUR 3,800 to ensure world‑class quality and service. Final pricing always depends on the specific scope and customization of your event.
How many guests can you serve?
Our world champion team scales flexibly from intimate private events to high‑volume corporate and trade fair environments, always matching staffing and setup to your guest flow.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak dates and larger productions we recommend booking 2–4 months in advance, though we always try to accommodate shorter‑term requests when availability allows.
