Offspring & education

In order to be able to guarantee the well-known quality of MH productions in the long term, Mario Hofferer has been relying exclusively on his own young bartenders for years.

Education is the fastest growing area of our business. In addition to Mario Hofferer, another supervisor from the star gastronomy is personally responsible for our internal bartenders: Momo Khani. Together with Mario Hofferer, he develops monthly training projects for the internal young bartenders and trains the staff intensively.
